Where were you? Enough is enough…
I’ll start from the beginning to the end by noting that this letter began to criticize – as a free and healthy trade unionist – the apathy of inactive police men and women in our fair and democratic protests, but eventually the “colleague” is addressed to all those living in the Greek territory, who continues apathetic to insist to endure the fiscal adjustment of our future poverty.
You colleagues where were you? I travel 400 km to Athens to protest as our Democracy defines, but I did not find you. I was looking to greet you, to stretch out your hand and go along as a Society by requiring all of us an ‘enough is enough’.
I stood at the square of Theodoros Kolokotronis, behind the equestrian statue of liberator who brought you out of 400 years slavery to gain status, entity and independence, social welfare and social freedom, but I did not find you.
How long do you expect your personal one and democratically regulated task for a better future to assert a handful of people?!. What can’t you understand? What can’t you understand, when you pretend the anonymous agonist of keyboard in various closed or open groups on facebook and at the cafe and you do panic commenting on how to become a better society. Aren’t you the one who says that you can not stand it anymore? Aren’t you the one seeking for loans and loans hasn’t?!
Did you get the memory of a goldfish?
You can answer me that there is nothing to win. And I’ll give you right and possibly even absolute. But in a race without end which looks like fixed up, but the answer in the end only fixed up will not be …
And do you know what that means? It means that everything flows … Everything changes and you when the change happens, you’ve been lost the train of the change again into a new world that is coming, because you had become an anonymous agonist of keyboard and cafe, with blurred culture who’s never chased his/her anxieties and dreams.
For this wake up and demand. Your apathy makes me feel tired. You make me feel tired anymore.
Finally I do not know if it’s worth to somebody existing for a dream even if that fire will burn you!? … You probably should know better, if you get out of your glass cage or you will wait to finish your oxygen living to die …
